Our association securely stores your data at our registered office on a secure offline storage device. 

Our Association will keep your data, name, email address and contact details for a period of 2 years.  Once this period has passed we will delete all historic inactive data from the remote storage device.

Our association would like to send you information about new developments and holidays that our members have commenced and we think you may like. Our members who may send you information from time to time.
